Each day includes a main meal (peak eating window, 7–11AM) and a light closing meal (last meal by 1PM). Meals are drawn from the full Blueprint recipe library and randomised daily. Hit Regenerate for a completely different week.

Eating window: 7AM–1PM. Two meals per day maximum under Bryan Johnson's protocol.
